METHOD
The Gilwell Method, to use the old sayings
"master-apprentice" relationship, in other words teaching-learning
requires a relationship.
The Scout Leader, who decided to become a Gilwellian
by saying that he is ready” and presenting the “ticket” he bought.
The process starting with the Wood Badge course
Practical and theoretical phases (thesis writing) by participating
completed and discarded.
The Gilwell Candidate has learned the "method" by going through the same paths before, and has grown adequately and adequately in the benevolent arms of the Scout Leader Trainers.
Because he must have been trained by a leader with at least 4 Marks, but with the assistance of leaders with 3 and 2 Marks.
A 4-Mark leader means someone who has previously received 3 Boards training and has been in management as an “assistant leader in 2 and 3 Board Signs trainings”.
Please read the GILWELL MANUAL to understand the philosophical underpinnings of the Method and how it works practically .
