CLT- Course for Leader Trainers
Turkey, accepted by all countries written by WOSM Based on the World Adult Resources Handbook , he defines the formation that Leader Trainers should reach in Turkey as follows.
OBJECTIVES ​

To provide an opportunity to share experiences, taking into account advanced training methods,

Demonstrating and developing new educational methods,

Examining, reviewing and evaluating existing training methods and techniques, suggesting improvements.
​ TARGETS
In order to be sure of the results obtained, it is necessary to make sure that the participants achieve the following goals at the end of the training.

Have sufficient thoughts on the basic principles of Scouting and the role of education in interpretation and practice.

Youth Programme, Adult Resources, Gilwell Turkey understands the necessity of complying with the current World policies regarding the management of the Federation or Association of which it is a member.

Will be able to explain the national and international education policies of Scouting and the ways in which this education is provided.

It draws conclusions for training courses and other training opportunities, particularly within the scope of the Adult Education model.

Manages cultural diversity and gender issues in an educational setting.

Performs training needs analysis.

Applies a model to design a training program.

Manages a training course through the effective use of people, finance and finance.
