3 Beads (TTT - Train The Trainer) courses is for Scout Leaders who have successfully conducted 2 Beads courses.
We will try to give you a roadmap here. It will also help better understand how the Gilwell Education System works.

Scout Leader applied for the Wood Badge (got his ticket), was accepted, and he received the Wood Badge (2 ) training. Meanwhile, leaders with 4, 3, and 2 Boards trained him.

If the Wood Badge leader improved himself in the field, and -called Training Team he/she can start assisting the "Educational Leaders". In this way , he/she will develop himself as an Educational Leader.

If the maturation process is complete, 2 Beads holders invited to the next level of TTT training. As it can be seen, it is out of the question to find oneself sufficient if the candidate (buying a ticket) is to be said in another way, as in the 2 Beads . 3 Beads leaders who will be invited to board training 2 Beads leaders are among those who have come to the fore with their work in the field. Because they are waiting for them to progress on the path of Educator Leadership, which is an exciting adventure in front of them.

3 Beads Training (TTT- Train The Trainer), Wood Badge and/or TTT trainings as 4 Beads s or when necessary Opened by a 3 Beads Assistant Leader who has been found as a 3 Beads Assistant Leader and gained confidence for his work, with the contribution of 3 Beads assistants.
