OBJECTIVES

Education principles and methods are introduced.

The purpose of adult education is determined.

The methods, techniques and applications used in local interpretation are shown.

Policies and procedures in National Scouting organizations are explained.

In order to meet the results obtained, the training is designed in such a way that the participants can achieve the following goals at the end of the training.
TARGETS

Explain the basic principles of Scouting.

Explain the working principles of international and national organizations, especially their policies regarding education.

Explain Current World Policies on Youth in Action, Adult Resources.

Describe the Management of an Association.
-
Formulate learning objectives.
-
Indicate the results of special courses and other training opportunities, including specialist courses.

Leverage, organize and direct adult education models, training courses and other educational opportunities.

Include the Basics Courses in the previous one.

Identify the training needs of the participants in the training.
-
Adapt the training content and curricula of the courses and determine other training opportunities in accordance with local conditions.

Create and deliver productive learning experiences by applying adult learning principles.

Select and use appropriate up-to-date training methods and training aids to use in each.

Introduce training as a continuous process.

Identify learning needs for personal growth.
