The subject of GILWELL ACADEMY, which has an academic character with the support of education professionals and consists of 4, 3, 2 Beads leaders gathered under the umbrella of Gilwell Turkey, is to develop the GILWELL METHOD, which is an indispensable part of Scouting, by preserving it in the light of traditions.
GILWELL ACADEMY closely monitors the Gilwell trainings that come to life in various parts of the world, and tries to turn the acquired knowledge into a viable system that sets foot on Turkish soil.
